BushmenA people of South Africa related to the pygmies, living around the Kalahari Desert. They average about 5 feet in height and have yellowish-brown skin, broad noses, and closely curled hair. They are nomadic hunters, living in bands of 25–60. Their language, related to Hottentot and belonging to the Khoisan group, employs a series of "clicks."
