Bilateral clubfeet.

Clubfoot, known medically as talipes, is a deformity of the foot, with an abnormal relationship of the foot to the ankle; most commonly the foot is turned in and down. Abnormalities of fetal posture and ligamentous or muscle development, including cerebral palsy and spina bifida, may be causative. Correction involves gentle manipulation, physiotherapy, plaster splints, and sometimes surgery.
