Entoprocta



A phylum of colonial animals found in shallow marine water and and rarely exceeding a length of 2 mm (0.1 in). The best-known genus, Pedicellina, is composed of a branching stem, or stolon, on which are borne zooids – cup-shaped structures with tentacles arising from the upper rim.
