Harvard Revised Photometry (HR Photometry) Catalogue A catalogue of 9,096 stars brighter than magnitude 6.5 (visible to the naked eye), published in 1908 by Edward Pickering at Harvard College Observatory. These stars are still often referred to by their HR number. The Harvard Revised Photometry Catalogue was the forerunner of Yale's Bright Star Catalogue.
