Horowitz, Paul (1942–)
Harvard physics professor and electronics specialist who, since the mid
1970s, has been closely involved with SETI.
He has played a leading role in the design and implementation of Project
META and its successor Project BETA.
Horowitz obtained a bachelor's degree (1965) and doctorate (1970) at Harvard,
before becoming a professor there in 1974. Related category
