regular polyhedron



A polyhedron in which every face is regular and every vertex figure is regular. Usually there are considered to be nine regular polyhedra: the five Platonic solids and the four Kepler-Poinsot solids. However, others are sometimes allowed, depending on the definition of polyhedron.
