Needle-nose pliers
A hand tool used to grip various objects or to cut or bend materials such as wire. In each case the jaws are brought together through the action of the handles pivoting like a pair of scissors. Pliers come in many types – side-cutting, diagonal, long nose, linesman's, and so on.
