Deep Space Communications Complex

The large antenna of the Goldstone complex.

The Deep Space Communications Complex (DSCC) is the name by which any of the three Deep Space Network tracking sites around the world is known. These sites are at Goldstone, California; near Madrid, Spain; and near Canberra, Australia (see Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex). They are spaced about equally around the Earth for continuous tracking of deep-space vehicles.
