dynamical time



The timescale used in calculations of orbital motions within the Solar System. The most widely used form of it, known as Terrestrial Time (TT), uses a fundamental 86,400 Systeme Internationale seconds (one day) as its fundamental unit, and is related to International Atomic Time (TAI), by TT = TAI + 32.184 seconds.
