SETIQuest

SETIQuest was the second magazine to be devoted to SETI and astrobiology (the first was Cosmic Search). SETIQuest was founded in 1994 by Carl Helmers of Helmers Publishing in Peterborough, New Hampshire, who also began the famous Byte computer magazine in the 1970s, and was edited by Larry Klaes. It was published quarterly from 1995 to 1998 to critical acclaim from, among others, Frank Drake and was one of the first organs to support optical SETI before it became considered a mainstream aspect of SETI in the late 1990s.
