hexahedron
A polyhedron with six faces; it also
has eight corners and 12 edges. A regular hexahedron, with
all its faces perfect squares, is a cube. A
hexahedron is a generaliztion of a quadrilateral
in three dimensions. There are seven topologically distinct convex hexahedra.
