SFU (Space Flyer Unit)
A Japanese satellite carrying materials science, astronomy, and biological
experiments. Launched by NASDA (National Space
Development Agency), it was retrieved by the Space Shuttle (STS-72) about
10 months later on Jan. 20, 1996.
