Terra



Terra
An Earth observation satellite that carries multispectral imagers, a radiation budget instrument, a detector to measure carbon monoxide and methane pollution, and an instrument to study cloud-top and vegetation properties. Terra is part of NASA's EOS (Earth Observing System) and was formerly known as EOS AM-1.
